Monthly Finance Update #8
December, the end of the year!
Tiny House build is gaining speed and is noticeably becoming a beautiful home.
We’re making great progress and feel free to take a look at how far we are: ‘Det Lille Potentiale’
As always showing these financial numbers and progress with full transparency has the goal to give you inspiration and reference to compare and who knows maybe learn something new.
Keeping myself accountable is a bonus and helps me follow the path to financial freedom.

Pamela from Tiny Living UK Magazine
Marjolein from Holland living off-grid.
Lovely to see an interest in reading about other tiny house enthusiasts around Europe.
I’ll keep them coming and if you feel like participating, write to me and we’ll sort something out!
Thriving Willow has started to be quite an enjoyment for me to write about as you readers seem to find the subject of Tiny Houses and financial freedom interesting.
This will be one of my main goals for 2020, focusing on producing at least 1 post a week on various topics. We’ll see how this goes!
Help from family has been incredible
Investments
2020 investment goals are going to be set and written in a post for themselves. Looking forward to this as this really helped 2019 goals.
As usual index investments were purchased automatically on the 1st with the amount of 2.500 dkk ( 335€ ) reaching a total of 44.816 dkk ( 5997 € ).
This month this amount has come from a savings account as there won’t be any income for the next few months.
Savings rate is therefor 0 the coming few months. Hopefully temporary!
Slow and steady wins the race.
Tiny House Update
Tiny house build is going absolutely great!
Our budget goal for building the Tiny House is 150.000 dkk (20.070 €).
And is slowing being spent as we build.
At present, we have spent roughly 70.000 dkk 9368 € which is reasonable considering how far we are. May even be on the low side which would be a wonderful bonus!
Living costs once living in the Tiny House after it has been built is going to be very interesting to follow and will be shared in future posts on the blog.
Debt-free living, yes, please!
Wrapping 2019’s Christmas present
Updates on the build from start to finish will be shared on the facebook page.
Danish readers can join the group ‘Det Lille Potentiale, Tiny House’.
Where we also will update on the build and invite you guys out to help and learn if interested!
Focus next month
Continue building the Tiny house. Every day until it’s done. What crazy situations you sometimes can put yourself into.
You live and you learn.
