August’s update. Here we go!

Income after tax: 18.113 dkk 2434 €

Invested amount: 13.625 dkk 1831 €

Savings rate: 75 %

Extra amount invested (from savings account): 11.375 dkk 1529 €

Total invested in Indexes: 359.505 dkk 48.327 €

Portfolio change since previous month + 2,65 %

What has happened in August?

Investments:

Another month with an increase in the investments. It does now feel like it’s been many months in a row that the market has increased. Let’s see if we have a drop around New Year.

That would be time to buy in at a good price!

Glad to see that 2.6% is now an increase of 10,000 DKK / 1350€.

Compound interest here we go.

Company:

Starting to have some great clients to work with!

It’s also getting interesting to pick out which companies would be fun to reach out to and hopefully be able to help grow.

Investing with a sustainable focus in mind (hopefully even more in the future); It also makes sense to try and help companies that sell and promote services that you wish to see more of in the future.

Which is one of the great aspects of this business model.

I’m also starting to have quite a bit of time to focus and work on the company.

I, therefore, hope to see a great progression in the next three months.

It’s a steep learning curve when going from never having had a company before to now having to help new companies grow with online advertisement.

I’m starting to feel that I understand the basics and am thankfully getting the hang of that.

Next is trying to be creative and become more experienced in different fields.

Job :

A new group of students 55 have started at our school and will be here until Christmas!

My outdoor class consists of 15 students and my basic building with wood class has 14 students and was THE most popular class when they all had to decide at the start of their stay.

Guess I gave a pretty good five-minute presentation. Nice feeling!

Tiny House progress

Not much new on the tiny house. We’ve been invited to do a presentation and a workshop at another school based on the fact that we built our own Tiny house.

We been talking about how cool it may be to try and do a few presentations around the country and hopefully earn a bit of the money back that the house originally cost!

Would be a good goal to go for –> 150.000 DKK / 20.150€.

We did two radio shows this month – My wife was in a radio program in the start of the month (radio 4) and I myself was in a different one about sustainable building on ‘P1’.

How many listeners on a Monday morning? 120-140.000! A shock to find out afterwards haha. I’m in the program at 36.48. Link : ” Kan vi bygge og bo mere klimavenligt? “
